At Affinity Visiting Nurses/Ministry Home Care, we are focused on providing quality, compassionate care.  As a Hospice Nurse in our Neenah office, you will provide one-on-one care and support to patients and their families allowing them to experience their remaining time as fully as possible.  As a hospice registered nurse you will be surrounded by a supportive network of qualified professionals working toward a common goal, the patient.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current Wisconsin RN license or eligible to obtain

2 years recent clinical experience

Hospice experience preferred

Current Driver's license, proof of auto insurance and vehicle availability
