Position Summary: Performs sub-professional duties including providing patient care to meet the needs of activities of daily living; operation and maintenance of equipment. Takes and records vital signs. Assists licensed staff and physicians as directed within approved standards. Performs other related duties as directed
Qualifications Position Education/Qualifications: 1. High School graduate or equivalent 2. Patient Care Assistance Certification preferred. 3. Completes ARW and nursing orientation. 4. Completes skills checklist within 90 days and yearly competency checklists for assigned department. 5. Maintains competency in CPR.
