SUMMARY: A professional registered nurse who is responsible for planning, developing, conducting and evaluating continuing education, orientation and training programs for all categories of clinical nursing staff. Provides and coordinates in-services for other departments as directed. Qualifications Minimum Education: Bachelor degree required. Advanced or graduate degree preferred.
Minimum Experience: 2 -5 years of job-related experience required. CDE certification preferred or willing to achieve within 18 months of hire. Experience in formal patient educator role preferred
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: S.C. RN license required. CPR certification required BLS/ACLS Instructor certification preferred.
