Registered Nurse Case Manager
. In this key role you will be responsible for utilization review and discharge planning.
. Facilitate admissions in ED
. Coordinate ongoing care with physician, nursing and patients.

Qualifications
. Current Florida licensed RN and BLS Certification
. Minimum three (3) years RN experience in a med/surg unit
. Previous acute care case management experience
