Under general supervision, assists the Unit Nurse Manager in managing the 24 hour operation of the patient care unit and assumes those duties when necessary. Contributes to the establishament of routines to ensure excellence in patient care. Provides for the efficient use of resources, establishes use of resources, maintain staff schedules, evaluates and coaches personnel. Functions as a staff nurse as necessary.

Qualifications
Current Georgia RN license, and BLS card.
Med surg experience required, charge experience preferred.
