Job Description:

In this newly created role we are seeking individuals who can mentor and provide leadership and direction to the field nurses for a designated team. Supervises, monitors and evaluates field staff. Supports training and implementation in the use of Misys field devices. Reviews and approves nurses' documentation for compliance. Creates a work environment that supports continuous and collaborative learning.

Job Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing. BSN or BS degree preferred. Homecare experience required. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Possess good critical thinking, organizational and communication skills. NYS Valid Drivers license required for some areas.
