Senior Regional Clinical Research Associate / Sr. CRA --- Must live in Minneapolis, Cleveland or Kansas City

Job Description

Monitors clinical trials and manages clinical sites within an assigned geographic territory to support pharmaceutical development programs in a manner consistent with all relevant regulations including ICH and PhRMA guidelines and Company applicable SOP's and guidelines. Liaisons with assigned clinical research team to provide input on study initiation, site selection, investigator meeting planning, conflict resolution and audit responses. Effectively communicates all relevant and important findings with the appropriate in house and regional personnel.


Job Requirements
  • Degree in a science or health related discipline with experience in a relevant field; BS degree with 6 years experience or MS degree with 4 years experience
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in clinical research with direct site monitoring experience with a sponsor company or CRO
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial monitoring, regulatory compliance, clinical research methodology and all applicable regulations and guidelines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal (10 percent) supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to interface effectively with all customer types and resolve issues for a win win outcome
  • Capacity to understand complex protocols and monitoring plans
  • Strong knowledge of computers and standard computer applications
  • Flexibility and ability to travel routinely up to 60 percent of the time


Salary: $85 ' $97K annual D.O.E. and company car (must have valid driver's license).
