JOB SUMMARY: Due to EXPANSION, experienced RN’s are needed to join our friendly, top-notch & professional team. Join our beautiful Fort Lauderdale location! Through telephonic intervention, our professional nursing staff will educate and support patients who are enrolled in Disease Management and Case Management programs.

* Indirect Nursing Care; No Hands-On *

QUALIFICATIONS:
We seek FL licensed RN’s with 5+ years of clinical or acute care experience as well as computer proficiency and a pleasant phone demeanor. Disease Management or Case Management experience is a plus as well as Bilingual English/Spanish.
