Job Description:
ENDO - RN II, Endoscopy Suite
A registered nurse who, after additional education and/or training is specialized in perianesthesia and/or endoscopy nursing practice. Provides direct nursing care for pediatric, adolescent, adult & geriatric patients. Works directly with physicians in planning and implementing patient care. Acts as a resource to peers and as preceptor to new employees. Maintains RN II competencies as defined by education council. Under direction of the Nurse Manager,of Surgical Services provides direction and supervision of surgical technicians and other ancillary staff.


Experience:
Certifications: ACLS required, CNOR preferred, SGNA preferred, CGRN preferred. FL RN required. Associate Degree required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
Experience Pre/Post Procedure & Endoscopy.
Computer knowledge preferred.
BCLS and ACLS required.
AIDs update required.
