Job Description:  Cedars-Sinai Medical Center's IV Therapy Team has an immediate opening for CN III to 1. Act as a resource to nursing staff for assistance in starting & restarting IV's, education on accessing portacath. 2. Administer chemotherapy in areas where the staff are not chemo certified. 3. Work closely with Chemotherapy Committee in revising/updating the Chemotherapy policy. 4. Do IV certification of nursing staff(RNs/LVNs)and participate in the use of skills lab. 5. Contributes in the review of the I.V. Therapy policy & procedure. 6. Participate in performance improvement program. 

Education and Work Experience Preferences:  Requirements/Experience include graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, a valid California Registered Nurse License, BLS and three years or more acute care RN experience. BSN is preferred. A commitment to customer service and an ability to meet the needs and expectations of patients and health care colleagues and full command (verbal & written of the English language is also required. Must have basic computer skills and competency, meet clinical criteria and protocol for CNIII, meet specialty specific clinical competencies/certification on I.V. Therapy/Chemotherapy in pediatrics and adult population.
