Job Description:  Exercise your leadership skills and still enjoy direct patient care. Act as a collegial consultant and resource, directing and supervising clinical performance of the Nursing Team, and acting as a change agent within the unit. Provide appropriate assessment, intervention and evaluation of patients. 3+ years recent supervisory experience preferred. 

Education and Work Experience Preferences:  BSN Preferred. A valid California Registered Nurse License. Certification in psychiatry preferred. Current Basic Life Support Certification Preferred. Current Fire Class Card Preferred. Current CPI Card Preferred. Minimum of three (3) years experience in specialty area preferred.
