Job Description:  Summary of Essential Job Duties:
Under the direction of a licensed care giver, the clinical partner will perform a variety of direct patient care activities or tasks specific to the unit/needs of the patient population. Assists patients w/ activities such as eating, walking and personal hygiene. He/she can identify safety concerns in the age related population and institutes additional measures to provide a safe environment; identify developmental milestones in the age-related population.
 
Education and Work Experience Preferences:  Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.

License/Certification/Registration Requirements:
CNA Certification required
BLS

Experience:
Minimum 1 year acute care experience.

Physical Demands:
No restrictions.
