RN Clinical Program Coordinator, Center for Digestive Diseases

 Cedars-Sinai Health System has an opening for a RN, Clinical Program Coordinator, serving as the primary coordinator (90% patient care & 10% adm) for the interdisciplinary team including: physicians, nurses, and MAs. Responsibilities include pre and post op preparation, case coordination with Client Services and Transfer Center. This position will be working closely with physician and fellows to develop a care model that will enhance patient accessibility to our center as well as follow up for post op plan of care. The administration portion of the job will include supervising the supporting staff and serves as a liaison for management. Clinical Program Coordinator will help evaluate and develop guidelines, protocols, pathways and other performance improvement activities; participates in research activities and serves as a patient advocate throughout the care process.

 BSN, BLS required, MSN preferred, current CA RN license and a minimum of 5 years acute hospital experience.
