Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Accreditited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure (A minimum of 12 months of experience in clinical nursing + 6 months of experience providing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.)
- Excellent communications, customer service, decision-making and teambuilding skills, with a focus on continuous quality improvement
- Strong management/leadership skills
