The Trauma Program Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, directs and evaluates patient care activities occurring within her/his assigned area of demonstrated clinical expertise. The program managerr must have the ability to lead and motivate professional and ancillary staff to develop their practice, knowledge and skill base, while coordinating with other members of the health care team to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree
FL RN License
2-3 years experience in trauma quality or trauma program management.
BLS, ACLS, PALS (American Heart Association)
TNCC
