Current Registered Nurse license in New York State. Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, Master's Degree in Nursing or health related field Must have demonstrated clinical competence in area of nursing practice. Demonstrated ability or potential managerial competency, including financial management. Evidence of excellent interpersonal relationships, effective communication skills, ability to problem-solve, ability to motivate, develop, and coach individuals and groups, ability to appropriately confront issues, and ability to think creatively.
