· Serve as liaison to Emergency Medical Services agencies, including local, county and regional.
· Develops, and administers educational programs with EMS. Provides training for clinical protocols.
· Attends EMS provider meetings, advisory meetings and chief meetings where necessary.
· Investigate issues and concerns and provides follow-through to improve operations, communication and processes. Provides follow-up necessary.
. Facilitates ride-along program and clinical rotation with ER staff, Medical Director.
· Serves as liaison to other medical units, such as private ambulance services and other public safety agencies.
· Performs other responsibilities and duties as required.
· Provides community education on such topics as EMS, CPR, and first aid.

Qualifications
1) Current Florida EMS certification
2) At least 5 years of experience in emergency medical services with a strong knowledge of EMS operations.
3) BLS certification
