Full time/nights to work from 7:45 pm to 8:15 am with availability to work every other weekend.
Performs nonprofessional nursing tasks in the care and comfort of primarily adult and geriatric patients with acute and chronic illness. Performs specific treatments/procedures under the direction of the RN/LPN. Maintains clean and orderly patient care areas, equipment and supplies. Restocks inventories and supplies to keep supplies readily available. May be needed to work beyond the regular tour of duty or in another patient care unit as assigned by the department head or nursing supervisor.
Knowledge of adherence to monitoring of and compliance of all regulatory and licensing agency guidelines including but not limited to JCAHO, OSHA, ACHA, CMS, etc.
Qualifications
Current Florida CNA License
Current BLS Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent
Effective oral communication skills in the English Language Basic Computer skills required
