St. Christopher's Hospital for Children is seeking an evening Nurse Manager for the Level III NICU with possible rotation to day as needed.

Job Summary: The Nurse Manager functions as an RN member of the Healthcare team in a manner consistent with their scope of practice in Pennsylvania in concert with the policies and procedures of St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the management and leadership of the nursing services and personnel in the area assigned.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Training & Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
                                              B.S.N. Required

Experience: Prior Level II or III work experience suitable for the position to include NICU management or leadership experience.

Supervisory Responsibility: Supervision of nursing personnel

Required Licenses: Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure, American Heart Association CPR/BLS (NRP or PALS is preferred)
