Job Description:
Job Summary: Under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse, the Nursing Assistant provides age appropriate care in a culturally and ethnically sensitive manner. The Nursing Assistant assists patients with the following tasks related to the activities of daily living. Reports to the Nurse Manager of the assigned unit and the RNs on duty on each assigned shift. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Special Skills: Ability to read and write and communicate verbal and written communication.
Licensure: State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification required. CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
