As the Nurse Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will: - Develop, cultivate, and manage relationships with business partners and hiring managers to provide service excellence and staffing expertise
- Source highly qualified nursing candidates to meet customer requirements by implementing extensive searching, networking, and screening techniques
- Pre-screen, interview, and manage full cycle recruiting process as well as maintain the resume database and candidates for nursing positions
- Plan, coordinate and participate in system-wide recruiting events and initiatives, including open houses, job fairs and nursing school career days
- Develop workforce strategies which include internal and external research and data analysis to identify drivers around recruitment and retention strategies
| |
- 5+ years experience as a RN
- BSN / AAS
- Management experience
- Knowledge of personnel policy and procedure, JCAHO, federal and New York state laws regarding employment practices
- Persuasive and outgoing
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Peoplesoft
