The Performance Improvement Specialist will lead performance improvement teams in applying Six Sigma methodologies to achieve a specific business result. Responsibilities include:

• Planning and launching performance improvement projects by adhering to DMAlC or Lean framework, as well as applying relevant and appropriate project tools
• Developing and maintaining various performance improvement project documentations throughout the project life cycle
• Managing performance improvement projects to meet deadlines and expected goals
• Facilitating team meetings, completing root cause analyses, compiling improvement opportunities, presenting project findings to the executive steering committee, as well as the project sponsors/owners

•  4+ years of experience in similar role
• Management consulting experience
• Healthcare experience
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology and tools
• Certified Black Belt
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree
