As the Clinical Lead Specialist, you will: - Coordinate patient flow
- Collaborate with the Bed Manager and Clinical Supervisor for placement of patients
- Reinforce new policies and procedures as directed by the ED Leadership Team
- Bring forward issues/problems to the manager/supervisor
- Troubleshoot issues that arise
- Interact with patients and families in regards to patient complaints at the time that they are occurring
- Provide feedback to manager on staff performance as witnessed during shift
- Have oversight of clinical operations for the shift, as well as planning responsibilities for the following shift

- BS/BSN
- 3+ years experience as CCU/ED staff RN
