As the Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and responding promptly and appropriately to legal/risk management patient care issues
- Ensuring excellence in clinical nursing practice and delivery of patient care
- Facilitating, implementing and ensuring compliance with standards of nursing practice, which promotes optimal health care delivery while meeting all regulatory requirements
- Functioning in an advisory capacity to DON in evaluating procedural changes as they relate to patient care
