As the Clinical Manager (RN), you will: - Supervise nursing, social work, administrative and other staff that carry out activities supporting the care management of program participants
- Ensure that appropriate care plans are developed and implemented in accordance with policies and procedures and using available automated systems
- Assist in development of policies, procedures and workflows
- Monitors productivity and staff effectiveness
- Assist in monitoring program effectiveness and identify and assist in resolving barriers to successful implementation

- 5-10 years of experience as an RN
- BSN
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to manage work lists
- Strong understanding of the concepts of managed care
