A healthcare facility is looking to add to its team of professionals with a new Director of Clinical Services. The Director will be responsible for the overseeing of the clinical service delivery aspects of the Institutional Special Needs Plan (I-SNP). | |

The Director of Clinical Services' duties include, but are not limited to: - Collaborating with all department heads, providers, and vendors to unsure quality, cost-effective care to all enrollees
- Insuring oversight and MOC compliance by the team of Nurse Practitioners, Care Managers, etc. in accordance with the model of care and fall federal/state regulations and requirements
- Contributing to the continued strategic growth and development of the I-SNP model

- 5+ years clinical experience
- 2+ years as an NP in a long term care facility
- RN/NP License
- Experience with ANP/GNP/SNP, Geriatric and managed care $
