Nurse Manager - Ortho

A Connecticut-based hospital is looking to add a new Nurse Manager to their team of professionals specializing in Ortho/Surgical environment. Candidates should have at least 7 years of management experience with an accredited background in nursing.

The Nurse Manager will provide 24-hour responsibility for personnel and unit management that will effectively guide the quality and coordination of patient care, performance of personnel, and the organization of a 36-bed Med/Surg Unit. The Nurse Manager also works collaboratively with the nursing, medical and administrative staff to ensure quality practice, coordination of patient care and unit operations.

• 7+ year management experience within an Ortho/Surgical environment
• BSN
• RN license

• Master's Degree
