Job Description
In this key RN leadership role, the Director of Surgery/Perioperative Services has 24-hour responsibility for the operation of patient care departments and other assigned services at Mercy Health - Fairfield Hospital. The Director collaborates across the Mercy Health network to ensure standardization of surgery/perioperative care in accordance with accreditation and regulatory requirements. Key areas of focus include overall administrative responsibility for fiscal management, planning, business development, program evaluation, performance improvement and service excellence.
Job Requirements
. BSN (MSN preferred)
. Current Ohio RN licensure
. 3-5 years director level experience
. 5-10 years surgery/perioperative experience
. Demonstrated strategic leadership, staff development and patient advocate experience
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
