Job Description
This key RN management role is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the operating room/general surgery resources on a 24-hour basis. Duties include fiscal responsibility, management of staff, manpower efficiency, monitoring services and maintaining positive working relationship with staff and other hospital and network department managers.
Job Requirements
. Graduate of school of nursing (BSN preferred)
. Current Ohio RN licensure
. 5 years operating room clinical experience
. 3-5 years management experience preferred
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
