*Three to five years previous hospital O.R./Surgical Services experience required.* Full-time, benefits-eligible position, Mon.-Fri., days, with weekend requirements as needed (80/hrs biweekly).FL RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications required- BSN and CNOR preferred. Must possess strong leadership qualities, excellent customer service, and effective communication skills. Reports to Regional Manager and is responsible for pro-active management by assisting with planning, administering, and evaluating staffing needs for daily operations, surgical quality data management, and strong mitigation qualities.
