Job Description : Prescott House was Deficiency Free in September 2012!! To function at a professional nursing level using both administrative leadership and clinical expertise in order to assure that comprehensive care and treatment is rendered to customer population, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team in the design, implementation and evaluation of various programs within the unit. Twenty four hour responsibility for the continuity of nursing care and the management of the customer welfare. Prescott House is located in the heart of old North Andover. We are conveniently located just minutes to main routes and major highways and to the NA Senior Center. Prescott House features a Transitional Care Unit, a Homestead Alzheimer's Unit and a traditional LongTerm Care Unit. The TCU has a separate entrance and ShortStay guests have convenient access to the Physical Therapy Gym, Occupational Therapy Apartment, as well as a pleasant dining room all contained on the ground floor. State-of-the-art Rehabilitation Therapy is provided by a team of 17 therapists. Our high level of clinical expertise is supported by our full-time Nurse Practitioner. NUMD
Qualifications : Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with proven leadership experience for a minimum of two years. Knowledge of OBRA and JCAHO guidelines is a plus as well as understanding of PPS. Must be able to work independently and have strong interpersonal skills.
