Job Description : We're seeking a Unit Manager, RN, Registered Nurseat Saugus Care and Rehabilitation Center. It is a80-bed center, located in Saugus, MA. Our center is an AHCA Bronze Award winner!
As Unit Manager you will supervise the day-to-day nursing activities in the facility in accordance with all laws, guidelines, and regulations, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained.
Our nurses provide direct care for their patients and residents on an ongoing basis. Qualifications : Requirements
* Registered Nurse, RN, license in good standing with the state and current CPR certification
* Previous direct care experience.
* Previous supervisory experience.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to understand and follow all applicable policies and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care
* Caring bedside manner
* Computer proficiency; Point Click Care experience a plus
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude toward the elderly
