GPS utilizes a team of dedicated Medical Directors, full and part-time Attending Physicians and Nurse Practitioners to provide consistent, high-quality care to patients and residents. GPS providers serve as clinical care partners to the entire Genesis care team at Genesis skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The GPS team orchestrates care delivery while optimizing patient and resident outcomes. GPS is in search of a REMARKABLE part-time Nurse Practitioner at 180-bed Crestview Center, located in Langhorne, Pennsylvania in Bucks County. The 8 hr/day, 3 day/week schedule for the position is every Friday + two additional work days during the week, for a total of 24 hrs/week. There is flexibility in what two additional days are worked besides Friday. Crestview Center offers ShortStay Rehabilitation and LongTerm Care. Our Progression Rehabilitation Unit is dedicated to rehabilitation following joint replacement surgery or joint injury. Progression Rehabilitation, Cardiac Management and Transitional Care all apply an integrated, holistic approach to accelerate your rehabilitation. Qualifications : The Nurse Practitioner must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, a graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Masters Degree in Nursing, licensed as a registered nurse, certified as Nurse Practitioner by American Nurses Association and have a formal education in an area of Gerontology. Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in long-term care or post acute-care preferred. Wound care experience is desirable.
