| Description Coordinates the St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital medical staff quality performance improvement program. Assesses the clinical systems processes and outcomes related to treatment provided by the medical staff and assists in planning performance improvement activities. Provides documentation of individual practitioners and organizational performance in accordance with standards and regulatory agencies. Educates the medical staff and other health care providers in addressing quality concerns related to the organization patient payors and community. Qualifications BSN required. Master's degree Three years clinical nursing experience required. Prior experience in utilization review risk management or quality management preferred. Certification preferred. |
