Please Note: At this time, we are only interviewing Nurses with at least 1 year of RN experience in an Emergency Department setting.

Position Responsibilities:Utilizes the nursing process to effectively assess the needs of patients; identify a plan of care; and implement and evaluate the care given. Provide direct and indirect care to patients and lead the patient care team toward goal achievement. Coordinate and direct care given by other team members. Address system issues to facilitate the provision of quality efficient care. Delegate appropriately to other team members. Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, time management and problem solving skills required.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

Current State of New Jersey RN license
A minimum of one year recent clinical experience in acute care preferred
B.C.L.S. certification required.
Hospital IV certification and Basic Arrhythmia P.A.L.S. certification and A.C.L.S. certification preferred.
