Job Description:
Job Summary: Under the general direction of Diabetic Education, assumes responsibility for the education of the diabetic outpatient and inpatient upon request. Receives referrals coordinated through the education department and follows through with the scheduling of the educational session(s). Other duties as assigned. Experience: One year related experience.
Education: Associates Degree in Nursing
Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in Wisconsin, Certification in Diabetes Education (CDE Exam) is desirable and recommended or must be willing to seek CDE Status, CPR Certification.
