6 South - Clinical Manager (Patient Care), 6 South-Progressive Care
Discover the Memorial experience and join a group of extraordinary professionals in the assessment, planning, evaluation and implementation of the care of adult and geriatric patients on 6 South, a 47 bed, Telemetry unit. We foster a patient and family-centered care environment. Team is our focus!
Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, assumes responsibility for managing a designated shift. Assess, plan, evaluate and implement the care of adolescent, adult, and geriatric Telemetry patients.
Experience:
FLA nursing license, ACLS, BLS required; minimum 2 years telemetry and charge nurse experience required.
