As the Field Nurse, you will be responsible for: - Traveling to patient homes
- Checking and recording vital signs of patients
- Administering medicine to patients
- Assisting patients with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, and dressing

- 3+ years experience, with 2+years recent hands on Medicare Home Health experience
- BSN
- Valid RN license
- Long term home health care background
- Certified home health aide certification
- Full understanding of Oasis
- Medicare/CHHA experience
