Description

Responsible for 24 hour accountability of clinical care and fiscal productivity for a 14 bed Labor and Delivery Suites and 2 ORs. Responsible for assessing, identifying, planning, implementing and evaluating the processes, technology, personnel, and facility needs required to achieve patient outcomes safely and cost effectively in a patient centered environment. Acts as a member of the patient care service and Leadership Team; collaborates with and guides the interdisciplinary team members in achieving patient outcomes.

Requires: NYS RN with 5 years clinical experience including progressive management experience/success. Bachelors in Nursing required, Master's Degree preferred. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to problem solve using critical thinking. Demonstrates leadership ability.
