Provides nursing care/health education and guidance for hospital employees through a comprehensive program that includes first aid, care, assistance, and case management of work-related injury or illness. Includes hospital-wide immunizations/inoculations to prevent spread of communicable disease; monitoring employee health to protect patients and staff; prevent accidents and illness; and ongoing health service Performs other duties as assigned. Follows Palomar Health rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws, and standards. Carries out the mission, vision, values, and quality commitment of Palomar Health.
Minimum Education: As required by certification and/or licensure
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 years related
Preferred Experience: 5 - 7 years related
Required Certification: American Heart Association recognized BLS - Healthcare Provider
