The Labor & Delivery RN is responsible for: - Caring for high risk ante partum patients with multiple high risk diagnoses in an outpatient setting
- Assessing through fetal diagnostic testing for fetal well-being
- Utilizing the nursing process based on research and evidence based outcomes to meet patient care needs
- Participating in maintaining a safe patient environment
- Maintaining a working knowledge of departmental and hospital standards, policies and procedures
- Projecting an image of professionalism in communication, appearance and conduct
- Supporting the mission of the Patient Care Services
- Participating in the continuous quality improvement process

- 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience; 2+ years of C-Section experience; 2+ years of Fetal Monitor experience
- Degree in related field
- BLS
- RN or Walkthrough
- NYC HHC Attestation Form
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
