A well-established hospice services provider is seeking an experienced Hospice RN to join its team as the Southwest NJ Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will be responsible for the implementation, delivery, coordination and clinical/administrative supervision of direct clinical services provided to patients and families. The Regional Manager of Hospice Care will be expected to: - Supervise members of clinical team (RN, LPN, SW, Chaplain, CHHA)
- Provide leadership and counsel to clinical personnel to enhance staff development
- Identify needs for staff education
- Work with the scheduling department to arrange team coverage for on-call and staff time off
- Participate and provide leadership in the team for regular IDT meetings
- Engage relevant referral sources as appropriate within team territory and coordinate with regional Community Education Liaisons regarding client issues and growth opportunities
- Partake in occasional field work

- Active RN license in New Jersey
- 1 year of hospice or public health nursing experience
- ASN Membership
- Strong leadership experience
- Flexible schedule with a strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent computer skills
