As the Chief Nursing Officer, you will: - Design, implement, monitor and evaluate methods for improving quality of patient care consistent with the mission and vision of the medical center
- Develop, coordinate, and direct the activities of the professional nursing and support staff
- Implement and interpret policies and procedures, regulate activities of the various nursing units, analyze and evaluate nursing services rendered, and plan and direct orientation and in-service training programs for nursing staff
- Develop the objectives of Patient Care Services that contribute to the achievement of the hospital's strategic plan

- RN with strong experience in a supervisory role
- Experience working within the CCU/ICU
- Experience with Med Surg and Operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to act as an agent of change$
