As the Nurse Pracitioner, you will be responsible for: - Collaborating with physicians and other health professionals as needed, including providing referrals
- Diagnosing and treating acute illnesses, infections and injuries
- Obtaining medical histories and conducting physical examinations
- Prescribing medications
- Providing health maintenance care for children and adults, including annual physicals and immunizations
- Performing tasks delegated by the supervising physician as allowed by law

- Masters degree in Nursing with specialization in a definite area of practice
- 1+ year of experience in general clinical nursing and in area of specialization
- NYS RN License
- NYS Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Experience in either Pediatrics or Family Medicine
- CPR certification
- Familiarity with Physicals, PPD and Titers
