Centra is seeking a candidate to fill an RN position in Home Health.

Home Health RN provides direct patient care in clients' homes. RN manages a caseload of patients to deliver quality nursing care in a cost-effective manner. Works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and coordinates patient care from admission through discharge. We are seeking a candidate who exhibits excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Candidate must readily adapt to our changing health care environment, is flexible, and wants to be part of a growing agency.

Successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of clinical exerience in acute care, home health, or long-term care setting. Position hours are days 8am to 5pm, including weekends and holidays. Must have reliable vehicle and possess RN licensure in state of VA. Competitive wage, benefits and mileage reimbursement.
