Position Summary:
The Service Line Clinical Coordinator (SLCC) is responsible for the 24-hour management of the orthopaedic operating room team. The SLCC plans, organizes, schedules, monitors, and leads the work of individuals and groups to attain desired results; selects and develops staff, and ensures staff productivity; facilitates Centra’s strategic plan; maintains quality patient care; participates in budgetary planning and functions within budgetary guidelines.
Education:
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
Experience:
Orthopaedic Operating Room experience
Licensure/Certification:
Hold a current, active license as a registered nurse in Virginia or hold a current multistate licensure privilege as a registered nurse.
