Job Description
Mercy Franciscan Terrace is located in a serene, tree covered setting in Springfield Township, between Wyoming and Cincinnati. We offer 4 levels of residential care including both in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation. This key position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and managing department resources on a 24/7, as well as ensuring continuous personal growth and development and providing opportunities for staff to gain skills.
Job Requirements
. Current Ohio RN licensure
. BSN
. 3 years clinical experience as staff nurse with charge experience preferred
. Long Term Care and/or gerontology unit experience
. Strong interpersonal, communication, computer and issue resolution skills
