We are currently seeking BSN preferred RN for the Main OR, evening and night 8 hour shifts with call/holiday/ weekend requirements. You must possess minimum 1 year of OR RN experience with current NYS RN Licensure, BLS certification; CNOR certification preferred. With the patient and family central to the care, you will incorporates the unique characteristics and needs of each patient and family member into the care delivery process. In addition, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to promote wellness and optimize patient outcomes and provide leadership to the team by orienting, mentoring and managing team members to assure that quality care is delivered with compassion, dignity and respect as well as efficiency. You will also participate in unit/department/institutional performance improvement activities that impact patient/family and service outcomes based on professional practice standards.
Computer literacy and good communication skills a must.
