CLINICAL INTERVENTION NURSES (MIDTOWN)

A nationally recognized leader in preventive healthcare is seeking two (2) highly-talented professional Registered Nurses to consult with patients by telephone on the clinical management of abnormal health findings and counsel patients on preventable disease and risk factors for chronic disease. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join a growing team of dedicated, full-time, BSN Nurses committed to health promotion, disease prevention, and helping people live healthier lives.

Clinical Intervention Nurse

In this role, you will speak with patients nationwide by telephone from an office setting; discuss specific health risks and abnormalities found on physical exam; review and reinforce recommendations made by physicians for ongoing care; assist with referrals for specialty care; teach patients the role of life-style modifications in preventing and reducing the risk of disease; and, work with patients to moderate or eliminate preventable health risk factors.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and current New York State Registered Nurse licensure.  Three to five (5) years experience providing clinical care and education to adults in acute care settings.  Knowledge of chronic disease and preventive health measures.  A positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented work ethic.  The ability to communicate clinical information effectively and on a highly professional level. Strong organizational and computer skills and experience with electronic health records.

Senior Clinical Intervention Nurse

In this role, you will serve as the main resource for Clinical Intervention nurses regarding physician recommendations, patient inquiries, procedures, and other clinical matters. You will organize and oversee their work, providing guidance, feedback, and mentoring to ensure that effective patient care is provided and that EHE International’s quality standards are met. You also will be involved in the hiring and training of new Clinical Intervention Nurses and assist with ongoing training needs.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and current New York State Registered Nurse licensure.  Five (5) years experience providing clinical care and education to adults in acute care settings.  Two of these years must include responsibilities providing regular oversight of other nurses.  Knowledge of chronic disease and preventive health measures.  A positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented work ethic.  The ability to communicate clinical information effectively and on a highly professional level. Strong organizational and computer skills and experience with electronic health records.
