Extended Resource Team RN
Job Summary:
Centra’s Resource Team is seeking energetic, self-motivated team players to join our Extended Resource Team. Extended Resource Team Staff are assigned to individual units at either Lynchburg General Hospital or Virginia Baptist Hospital to cover in for staff vacancy or staff leave of absence. This position will have access to Full Time benefits.
Positions are full-time and require 32-40 hours per week, along with regular weekend and holiday rotations. Positions currently available in both Acute Care and Critical Care Divisions. RN licensure in the state of VA required. Minimum of 2 years relevant direct care experience in a hospital setting. BSN and Specialty Certification preferred. BLS required for acute care and critical care positions- ACLS required for critical care positions—or willing to obtain upon employment.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
Certification/Licensure:
Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or hold a multistate license in a compact state
Experience:
At least 2 years of RN experience required.
